Stenca Vessel Insulation

Stenca vessel insulation is designed for demanding environments, offering reliable performance across a wide temperature range—from -50°C to +140°C, and from -120°C to +225°C when combined with I-Mat.

Each insulation board is custom-manufactured according to drawings and delivered pre-shaped with a tongue-and-groove system for fast and secure installation. The insulation includes both thermal and acoustic protection, with plates cut precisely to fit complex geometries.

The vessel design features a 10% slope, allowing water to drain naturally and preventing moisture buildup. Boards are joined laterally using tongue and groove, while vertical stacking is secured with interlocking grooves. With a low weight, 40 mm thickness, and high compressive strength, Stenca insulation is easy to handle and install. Spacer options are available.

Installation is straightforward: apply sealant in the grooves and, if needed, add sealant to the exterior. The system reduces the need for extensive sealing and adapts easily to obstacles such as inlet/outlet pipes. No special tools are required, and all adjustments can be made on-site—without generating dust or interfering with other disciplines.
