Thermal Insulation Jackets provide a flexible wrap-around cover for heat retention, frost or personnel protection for the industrial, petrochemical and off-shore industries.
Comprise an outer sewn cloth fabric fully enclosing insulation material.
Fastening methods include Velcro flaps, fixing straps with ‘D’ rings and pull-cords.
Indoor or outdoor use, temperature range -50°C to +1000°C.
The pre-shaped jackets are easy to install & remove, reducing site installation working hours and costs over traditional loose insulation with a steel cover significantly.
Typical applications include.
Pipe straights, flanges, Valves, Vessels & Engine Exhausts.
